BOCASU DANCE CHALLENGE
The BOCASU Dance Challenge is an online-to-live dance competition where participants create a
short dance video using the official BOCASU song. Entries will first be submitted through TikTok or
Instagram, and selected participants will advance to the Live Finals.

Anyone aged 15 years old and above can join, whether you’re a professional dancer, hobbyist,
content creator, student, or simply someone who loves to dance.

Yes. You may join as an individual or as a group of up to five (5) members.

Create a 10–15 second dance challenge using any part of the official BOCASU song and upload
it to TikTok or Instagram during the official submission period.
To be eligible, you must:• Use the official hashtag #BOCASUDANCECHALLENGE
• Tag @BOCASU
• Follow BOCASU’s official social media account(s)
• Keep your post publicly visible until the competition concludes

Yes. You may submit multiple entries.
However:• Only one entry may qualify for the Live Finals.
• Only your highest-engagement eligible entry will be considered for the Social Media
Competition.

No. Participants are encouraged to create their own choreography or interpretation using the official BOCASU song.

Any dance style is welcome, including Hip-Hop, Commercial, K-pop, Contemporary, Jazz,
Waacking, Ballroom, Salsa, Freestyle, Cultural dances, and Fusion styles.

Submission Period: 13 July 2026 – 2 August 2026
Submission Deadline: 2 August 2026, 3:00 PM Gulf Standard Time (GST)
Entries submitted after the deadline may not be accepted.

After the submission period closes, the organizers will review all eligible entries and select the Top
10 Live Finalists based on overall performance quality, creativity, execution, and compliance with
the competition requirements.
The Top 1 winner of the Social Media Competition may also join the Live Finals as the 11th
Finalist, subject to eligibility.

The Top 3 winners will be determined based on the highest verified online engagement
(including likes and shares) recorded before the official submission deadline.

If you’re the Top 1 winner of the Social Media Competition, you may also compete in the Live
Finals as the 11th Finalist, subject to eligibility.

Live Finalists placing 4th–10th may also receive gift vouchers, sponsor prizes, and other
consolation awards.

the Live Finalists prior to the event.

Yes.
Anyone may participate in the online challenge.
However, the Top 10 Live Finalists selected through the Online Qualifying Round must be based
in the UAE.
If you’re the Top 1 winner of the Social Media Competition, BOCASU may invite you to the Live
Finals as the 11th Finalist, subject to eligibility. If eligible, BOCASU will provide round-trip airfare
and accommodation. The winner is responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, visas,
permits, and approvals.

competition updates, schedules, and important reminders, will be posted through BOCASU’s
official social media channels. Be sure to follow BOCASU so you don’t miss any updates.

Participants are encouraged to read the complete Official Rules & Regulations before submitting an entry.
Failure to comply with the submission requirements, eligibility criteria, safety guidelines, or any other competition rules may result in disqualification. The organizers reserve the right to verify entries, determine participant eligibility, and make final decisions regarding the interpretation and enforcement of the competition rules.
